To ensure our clinic operates smoothly and efficiently, we kindly ask all clients to read and respect the following policies.
All consultation fees must be paid in full at the time of your appointment. Pre-Paid Chiropractic Care Plan packages are available for purchase at the clinic and may be paid in full or via an instalment plan. All instalment payments must be made by the due date. Early termination of a Pre-Paid Chiropractic Care Plan requires written notice and may incur a $95 administrative fee, which together with the cost of services already provided will be deducted from the original payment to determine any applicable refund. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/EFTPOS, and electronic funds transfer (EFT). A small surcharge applies to all card payments to cover payment processing costs and will not exceed the cost of acceptance in accordance with guidelines set by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments without sufficient notice may incur a $55 cancellation fee. If an unexpected situation prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact the clinic as soon as possible. Providing notice allows us to offer the appointment time to another client.
Pre-Paid Chiropractic Care Plan packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. These packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once services have been used. Any appointments that have already been attended are non-refundable.
